Viacom to get my You Tube viewing stats by order of a US Judge?

I don’t wath YouTube videos an awful lot but I do have an account and I have watched videos. Such is the case then that Viacom will be given my viewing stats by order of a U.S. based judge. Read Wired’s article – Judge Orders YouTube to Give All User Histories to Viacom.

Law suit or not, does Viacom have the right to see my data, or more correctly does a U.S. judge have the right to decide what happens to my data, Google being a US based company or not?

This is a huge data protection failure and does not comply with the terms and conditions I signed up to with YouTube.
